Q: When are the Fiscal Court meetings held?
A: Fiscal Court is held on the first and third Tuesday of each month.  The 1st Tuesday of the month the meeting is held at 10:00 a.m. and the 3rd Tuesday of the month the meeting is held at 4:00 p.m.

Q: Where is Fiscal Court located and what are the office hours?
A: We are located in the Government Center at 56 North Main Street, Madisonville, Kentucky.  The office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Q: Who is my Magistrate?
A: There are seven Magistrates for Hopkins County.  Your Magistrate is determined by the district in which you reside.  Call the Judge Executive’s Office 270-821-8294 for details.

Q: Does the County Judge Executive perform weddings?
A: Yes--Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
