Tim Riggs, District Three Magistrate

Tim is a lifelong resident of Hopkins County, Kentucky.  He graduated from West Hopkins High School in 1982 and graduated from Madisonville Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Management.  He also graduated from Mid Continent College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership.  Tim has been an employee of GE Aviation for a period of 22 years.  He is married to Sherri and they are raising two daughters, Katelyn and Kendall.  Tim serves as your 3rd District Magistrate and takes great pride in working with the Fiscal Court in making Hopkins County a great place to live.
