William "Bill" Groves, District Two Magistrate

Bill was born in Hopkins County and has lived there for 72 years.  He is married and has two sons and one daughter, seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.  Bill has enjoyed living in Hopkins County and thinks that Hopkins County is a wonderful place to live and raise a family.  His goal as Magistrate is to make Hopkins County an even better place to live.
